Febos Srl was founded to develop the new SISLEY® footwear
international master licence project.
2001
Acquisition of the TOMMY HILFIGER® footwear distribution
licence in Italy.
2009
The Italian distribution of the NAPAPIJRI® footwear brand
added to the brands portfolio.
2017
Aqua Alta project jointed Febos for special collabs. Co-ownership of the brand and international master distribution.
2018
The subsidiary company Bridge SRL was merged by incorporation.
Bridge brought Blauer® USA footwear, APEPAZZA® (both
acquired in 2013) and BePositive® (2015) brands master
licences on board.
2018
Napapijri®’s distribution licence extends to international
countries for spring/summer 2019, expanding exclusivity to
include development of design and collections.
2024
Acquisition of the COPENHAGEN STUDIOS footwear distribution licence in Italy.
Acquisition of the FOAMERS footwear distribution licence in Europe.
